SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Messaging Service
ElintRCM Solutions LLC (“ElintRCM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SMS messaging for conversational,
one-to-one communications between our employees and customers or prospective customers.
SMS communications may be used to respond to inquiries and provide information related to services,
appointments, follow-up communications, account-related matters, billing notifications, status updates,
customer support, and other communications directly related to an individual’s interaction with ElintRCM.
The SMS service is intended for individual communications and is not intended for bulk messaging,
unsolicited messaging, promotional spam, or automated marketing campaigns.

2. Types of SMS Messages
If you have opted in to receive SMS messages from ElintRCM Solutions LLC, you may receive:

charged by your mobile carrier or service provider.

5. SMS Opt-In and Consent

mobile phone number through an online form and expressly agreeing to receive SMS communications.
By providing your phone number and selecting the applicable SMS consent option, you confirm that you
are authorized to provide the mobile number and consent to receive SMS messages from ElintRCM
Solutions LLC.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

6. Opt-Out / STOP

STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE.
After an opt-out request, further SMS traffic from the applicable campaign number will be stopped in
accordance with applicable requirements. If you separately provide express consent to resume
communication, you may be required to reply START to resubscribe.

8. Privacy and Mobile Information

Such providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to ElintRCM Solutions LLC
